Increasingly, more media outlets and organizations prefer to preview and distribute media-ready files via the Internet. This reduces the approval process, mail time and packaging. However, with unsophisticated tools, this is often a cumbersome and lengthy process.
Instant Preview, Fast Downloads
PlowShare's Download Center was built with the user in mind. An easy-to-use interface was the primary goal to allow visitors instant access (there's no login or registration required!) and multiple ways to filter files. Assets can be viewed on the same page with no lapse time or pop-up windows crowding the screen. Broadcast-ready and print-ready files can be downloaded one at a time or in a convenient basket. Reports of activity can be provided to organizations.
PURL eBlast Feature
Customized eBlasts complement the Download Center by reaching out to media outlets with attractive announcements. These eBlasts often mirror the printed packaging so a cohesive campaign look is maintained. The email message provides a prominent link to the corresponding files in the Download Center. Transferring large files just got easy!
