We Are Still In

Climate change is a serious threat to the economic prosperity, national security, and public health and welfare of the United States and nations around the globe. That's why more than 190 nations came together in 2015 to create the Paris Agreement, a historic pact to curb carbon pollution and avoid the worst impacts of climate change before it's too late.

The US government’s intent to withdraw from the Paris Agreement creates grave risks for the American people and the planet.

Fortunately, as part of the We Are Still In movement, leaders from states, cities, businesses, investors, colleges, universities, and others are working together to take up the mantle on climate action in the United States, demonstrating that the US government does not speak for all Americans when it comes to addressing climate change.

On November 6th the next round of international climate talks begin. Show support for strong climate action by placing the We Are Still in PSA in your active PSA rotation.

We Are Still In has emerged as the largest US coalition in support of climate action—ever. With support from WWF and dozens of other organizations, it has been embraced by the United Nations and applauded by everyday Americans eager to show the world that US commitment to climate change action remains strong.

Earth Day Protect Life on Earth – WWF 2017 PSA Campaign

We have reached a moment where the actions and decisions we make will determine whether or not our children will live in a world with magnificent animals like elephants, swim in an ocean filled with iridescent corals and marine life, or stroll through a dense forest. WWF’s new PSA series is designed to make people think about the choices they make and how it will affect our planet. Playing with familiar phrases we use every day and images of nature—both thriving and under threat, the new PSA series creates playful and unexpected associations. Viewers are reminded of the importance of paying attention—not just to our words, but to our world, and the amazing natural resources we rely on.

the sun runs my oven Earth Hour 2017

Every year, hundreds of millions of people around the world switch off their lights for one designated hour to demonstrate a commitment to fighting climate change. Earth Hour takes place at 8:30 p.m. local time on March 25, 2017. There's never been a more critical moment for the world to show solidarity for and a strong commitment to climate action. By going dark, local government, cities, companies, landmarks, and individuals send the message that we will remain vigilant in our calls to turn the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement into action.

Together, Anything Is Possible.

When it comes to addressing the complex environmental issues that impact our planet—such as deforestation, climate change, water scarcity, and illegal wildlife trade—the only way we can spark change that will really make a difference is by working together. WWF partners with government officials and local communities; consumers and business leaders; fishers and ranchers; universities and multinational institutions—all to reach conservation solutions that we couldn’t reach alone. Please support WWF’s efforts by placing our newest PSA campaign in your active rotation. Help us inspire your audiences to become advocates for protecting nature. Together, we can accomplish incredible things.

the sun runs my oven Renewable its Doable

Our choices matter. Each decision we make impacts us directly, as well as polar bears, sea turtles and every species on the planet. Pollution from dirty electricity is warming our planet, raising coastal waters and pushing weather to extremes—threatening the species and places WWF works so hard to protect and that you care so deeply about.

But we can turn this around. Renewable energy has never been so easy and affordable, and it has a much lower impact on our environment, eliminating the release of dangerous carbon pollution that causes climate change. WWF is working here in the US and around the world to mobilize people to repower their cities, companies and homes with renewable energy.

WIldlife Crimes

Stop Wildlife Crime. It’s Dead Serious.

In 50 years of conservation, we have never seen wildlife crime on such a scale. Wildlife crime is now the most urgent threat to three of the world’s best-loved species—elephants, rhinos and tigers.

The global value of illegal wildlife trade is between $7.8 and $10 billion per year. It is a major illicit transnational activity worldwide—along with arms, drugs and human trafficking. High-level traders and kingpins are rarely arrested, prosecuted, convicted or punished for their crimes.

This Print and Out of Home PSA campaign show beautiful examples of what is at risk if we do not take action.  Help us inspire individuals to become advocates for protecting nature. Together our efforts can play a vital role in safeguarding the future of species like elephants, rhinos and tigers

The Tipping Point for Tigers

Be The Voice

The diversity of life on Earth is not simply something to marvel over-its vital for our own health and livelihoods. However, every day decisions are being made by governments, businesses and even individuals that will affect which plants and wildlife will survive into the future. Yet there are not enough voices calling for the protection of the natural systems on which we depend.

The “Be the Voice” campaign uses a powerful tagline from WWF’s vision to empower audiences to become outspoken advocates for protecting nature, reducing human environmental impact, and creating a more sustainable future.  WWF’s “Be the Voice” public service campaign is asking you to speak out for those vulnerable, beautiful, and life-sustaining things on Earth that we hope to protect.
