Brain Health 2017 - 2018

Hector Elizondo wants you to get out there and really live.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Administration for Community Living’s (ACL) new ‘What is Brain Health?’ campaign, A Talk About Getting Older? raises awareness among adults ages 60-70 about brain health. With the help of Emmy-Award winner Hector Elizondo, the campaign educates people on brain health while debunking the myths of getting older and encouraging them to stay on top of their game as they age. We want people to see brain health in a whole new way, seek information and, ultimately, take action related to maximizing their brain health.

It’s critical that older adults are smart about the sources they trust when it comes to issues surrounding brain health. This initiative from HHS ACL provides them with an unbiased, credible source of information about what they can do to reduce risks to their brain health.  It provides tips and information that may help keep their brains healthy as they age.
